I had ordered a Jeans from AJIO on ** feb, ****, the product i got wasn't one which i ordered, so they asked me to upload a photo and they will verify and will accept the return and amount will be refunded, i uploaded a photo and my return was accepted and was picked up, after a month they told me that they have received a grey pant in return but i have returned the same black jeans which i received, they are denying my refund on the grounds that i have returned a Non-AJIO product.
