Rahul Hatzade filed complaint against Travolook on Jul 14, 2021
I had booked the flight tickets on *nd July,**** through www.travolook.in for amount of Rs.****, but within few minutes of booking I received a call from travolook executive stating my flight tickets could not be booked due to operational issues and I had been told that the money will be refunded. I have waited more than ** days now but my money has not been refunded in my account and I am not receiving proper communication from the travook side. I have already found many online consumer complaints for this company where consumers are facing the same issue and the company is being dooping customers like us on daily basis. Request you to kindly take note of this complaint and help me regarding the same
