I booked a car (JPS*NK***) for jun*th .due to lock down ,I cancelled by booking on April * Nd or * rd. Earlier when I tried contacting them,they used to answer but later on ,they aren't answering to any of my calls and emails .I should get a refund of **,*** rs .I spoke with them for more than *-*times and I get the same response"wait for *-** days,"or "your issue has been escalated,you'll get a link within ** hrs"
