I made a payment of RS *** through mobikwik wallet on **st October, but later cancelled the order.
I got message from mobikwik on **rd October that they refunded my amount in my bank.
It's been around * weeks and I haven't received any amount in my bank account. I tried to reach to their customer service but every time my ticket was closed stating the refund is successful, but I don't receive any.
