This is with Regards to Quikr Bike I have Purchased on **th Oct from Kharadi Showroom name is Quikr Bike Point and Returned on next day, which is **th Oct since, I found Major issues in Bike Engine. It has been informed me that I will get the Money back in *-* Working days however, after more than * weeks I did not get my Money back and no response from Quikr Support Team. Below is the Details:
*. **th Oct- Buy Suzuki Access *** Number is *** MH ** JG **** for Rs. **,***
*. **th Oct- After getting to know that bike has major issue in Engine, and it will cost me Rs. **,*** approx. to repair. I returned the bike on morning and it was informed be by Ankit Patil who is store manager that I will get the refund back in *-* working days’ time and we will deduct Rs. ****, you will get Rs. **,***. We agreed mutually on that.
*. *th Nov- After Waiting almost two weeks then i visited showroom and it was informed by Mr. Atul that due to some critical scenario my payment has been delayed and he ensures this Friday which is *th November i will get my expected money back.
From *th November I am calling him messaging him he is not replying. Now, i am expecting Quikr team to help me to get this issue resolved. But no response received so far.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
