I had booked * rooms for **th Oct **** and **th Oct **** through OYO. The hotel was in Baner, Pune and i had made my payment through UPI. As i found a better hotel later on, i cancelled my existing booking. OYO said the money will be refunded in * to ** working days and there will be no cancellation charge. I contacted them after a week and they said they have processed the refund amount and I'll receive it and if not, then I'll have to check in with the bank. The customer care number says there is no registration from your number so I'm unable to contact them. The chat desk is pathetic as they keep on giving me the same replies. Today the date is * Nov. **** and i have still not received any refund. Please help me.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
