It has now been more than a yeah and half since my Jet Airways flight got cancelled. I have not yet received my refund. My booking was for *th May **** and the trip was from Ahmedabad to Toronto. I paid **,*** INR through MakeMyTrip and till date they haven’t given me any clarity of how to file a return/refund application. They have not even filed on my behalf. The office here is closed because of Covid and they aren’t helping me out on the app as well.
