Goibibo - Refund not received from Goibibo for cancelled ticket

I had a ticket from Doha to Kolkata on **th Ap ** and return ticket on **th June ** in Qatar Airways.
I have used Goibibo for booking the ticket. Ticket was cancelled by them but inspite of repeated commitment and promises made by Goibibo no refund has been made in my Bank account. I want to file a case against Goibibo and arrest the culprits who are playing with the hard earned money and harassing people like this. One can not make any contacts with them. They are playing it very smart. Evidence will be provided by me as and when it is required.
