I am in the search of a *bhk flats posted on nobroker site, and after selecting one, we had paid a token amy of Rs.**,*** to the seller, as instructed by Nobroker team, but later due to some issues we should drop from the property, seller documents are not clear and he is an NRI not ready to pay the TDS, we finally stepped back, and opted for premium buyer plan for better support.
The amt. which we paid is said to be completely refundable, but we have not received the amount after waiting for almost ** days.
I here so request for help in sorting out the issue in getting my refund done.
