I have booked a bus ticket from chennai to nagercoil on may * ****. Then I got a message from goibibo stating that your bus ticket has been cancelled due to covid **. But even after a month goibibo is blocking my money and refusing to refund. They have blocked all modes of contact. PFB THE confirmation mail from goibibo.
