I had cancelled and order for RT-PCR Test booked through *Tab app but I have not received my refund yet. I have called them multiple times, dropped mail multiple time, twitted them, raised a ticket in their forum, but no response yet. The closest response I get is that hey have escalated my issue but nothing happens after that.
