I had cancelled an order with Myntra on * feb ****(having ** items, Order no. ******* **************). I still haven't received the full refund for my order, after one month of multiple follow-ups. I have written to their Help Centre countless times and called them once as well. I was assured that refund will be processed, and waited for the time period mentioned. After asking so many times, I received refund for just one item. When I ask for the refund reference number, they're just providing the RRN for this one item, even after I mention specifically that I'm asking about the rest of the items in the order. I an extremely frustrated at this point because they're just avoiding the questions that I'm asking.
