Good evening
I've deposited ***** on **.**.**** for oda classes batch starting from **.**.****. As per policy we can demand full refund if not satisfied. I am demanding the full refund since **.**.****. I've contacted many persons of ODA i.e. Ms. Swarn Priya P mentor (mobile no **********), Mr. Gautam earlier mentor (Mobile no ****** *****) and Ms. Ritisha (Mobile no ***** ***** ) and asked many times for refund. I've already submitted following information to Ms. Ritisha as required by her on **.**.**** -

I asked Ms Ritisha when I would get the refund. She told me that it will take ** days. But now much more than ** days have been lapsed but refund of Rs *****/- is still pending.
I have given emails also to ODA but these have not been responded till date.
I am contacting many people of ODA.....but no action in the matter has been taken .....no one seems to take action in this case.... God knows whether the ODA has intention to refund money or not......I am too much exhausted and disappointed with ODA's services. I'm begging for my own money. This is too much.
It is humbly requested to please arrange for the refund of Rs *****/- which is already too much delayed.
