The company took the money out of my account and cancelled the first key immediately back in July. I have called them so many times and I always get an answer that it will took so and so days and I wait but nothing happens. I ask to speak with a supervisor and they can’t give me one. I’m very frustrated with this company and I would like to take them to court for all the stress and agony that they are putting me through. It is a pure illegal company and they seem to be doing this with everyone. I cannot sit on the phone for * hour of hold and then get told to wait *,*,*,* more days. Very frustrating!
