Nobroker - Refund not received but Nobroker claims amount refunded

Nobroker claims to have refunded my money and given one transaction ID. On checking with my bankers no amount has been credited, when matter was brought to their notice they sought bank statement. I told them it's illegal to ask for complete personal transactions, however, after obliterating irrelevant details I had shared the screen shots of Statement to Nobroker. They haven't accepted it and once again reiterated to send clear statement of Bank. I had then told them again that it's not the correct procedure and approached my bankers to initiate mail confirming ghe amount has not been credited and they have done the same. Inspite of that the refund has not been initiated and again demanded statement in clear.
