VENKATESHWARI R filed complaint against Ajio on May 28, 2023
I returned a product Janasya Anarkali Kurta with Dupatta on **th May. The delivery agent checked that both Kurta and dupatta was returned along with tags and then only received the product.
I didn't receive refund for more than ** days and got call from Ajio customer service that they cannot refund as they only received dupatta and not the kurta. They were not ready to replace to a new product also. They just called and told I'll not get my refund and no new product replacement. They also cancelled the return in the app without my permission.
It is not my responsibility if they misplace a product when I have returned correctly. I should receive my refund as per return policy.
Please help me get my refund back. I have suffered mentally and monetarily for the mistake from Ajio's side when I was not responsible for it.
