Decathalon online - Refund NOT RECEIVED

Beware:
Order # ********** Dated: July ****
They could not deliver due to Covid issues. But they were accepting orders.
They texted the same and messages refund will be processed back to my account. See below:
“ We couldn't reach you. Your order ********** is being reversed and refund has been initiated. Hoping to serve you again.”
NO REFUND RECEIVED YET. Multiple emails and customer care call goes cold and in to deaf ears. I hope the CEO and other managers are reading this and fix this problem. It’s Aug **th today, not received the refund which is a big amount. Very Frustrating and disappointing. No customer need to go through this.
Please refund my money.
