I purchased a rowing machine / rower from Decathlon online (from India). I requested for installation because I found the instructions complicated and I didn't want to install it myself and damage the product or injure myself. It has been almost a week since I requested for installation (and willing to pay for it). I contacted so many people, called to so many phone numbers, shared my details with everyone and even posted on Facebook. Nobody is responding to me and I keep getting the same response "we will get back to you". Without installation, I cannot use this product and it will just occupy space and gather dust. This is very poor service and I regret buying from Decathlon.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
