I have made a return request for my product in Decathalon.
It was accepeted by Decathalon but when the delivery person came to my location he checked the product and taken the picture of it.
After that he told me that another person will come tomorrow and pickup the product but after sometime i received a message stating that my pickup is cancelled. Kindly check this and arrange the pickup as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
