The total refund amount of ₹**** is pending from last * months almost now and I’m tired of calling the team again and again and telling the same story. Every-time I have to narrate the whole story then a new complaint is filled and I’ve been told some new scenario. Latest one was that my order was delivered and when I said the app shows the return was made and refund has been initiated then the lady on the call paused and said let me check.
Later, I got the update that my refund is pending due to some backend issue and will be processed by **th oct, today it’s *th November and still no response.
