I have ordered * items for order ID via clovia app, the Amount of Rs **** each was paid twice however the order went on COD. I have recieved the order and paid Rs **** via Cash on delivery. and extra amount of Rs **** was paid to them.
After connecting with their customer care service they only returned Rs **** Its now ** days the rest of Rs **** is not refunded to my account and they keep on saying that it will take **-** days.
There are multiple technical issues related to their app registered. Bit they don't take any action Worst company, worst experience
Please help me to get my rest of the refund amount back from them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
