I had booked a bus from Bangalore to Chennai, after reaching the boarding point the bus operator informs me that the bus was cancelled and says ' MakeMyTrip ' must've informed you about it.
It was **:** pm no other bus had available seats, I had to book a hotel for the night.
Above that the next day MMT send s a mail asking for feedback about how was my journey.
I need a compensation for my new bus tickets as well as the hotel stay which I had to take at inflated cost just because of the incompetence of MMT service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
