Travolook - Refund not provided

I booked a flight ticket on *th July ****for travel from Patna to Pune on **th July ****. On **th July airline informed that they have cancelled the flight and rebooked me in next day flight. Since I had to travel on **th July and not on **th July I called travolook to cancel the flight but they did not respond.
I cancelled the directly with the airline and they provided me full refund.
after that I had informed travolook that i have cancelled the flight directly with airline and asked for refund.
They told me that refund will be given in * to ** business day but i did not received any refund.
Then I contacted them and asked for refund. they told it will be given in another * to * business day.
Till today i have not received the refund. They do not pick the phone neither replying to email.
spicejet has already confirmed to me via email that they have already issued the full refund on **th July itself.
