There was some problem in my Acer LED TV ** inch, so I arranged a technician from Jeeves company. My tv was picked up on * may **** as he said it will be repair in their service center. After a week I enquired about it and they said repair is not possible so according to warranty policy they will provide the amount of Rs **,***. To receive that they will generate an automated call but I have not received the call. Every time I address them of this issue they says wait for * days. It has been more than ** days and they are still saying wait for * days.
