Oyo - Refund not provided by oyo

Booked hotel in Kolkata on **th July ****.
was denied check-in on call and was told by hotel manager to look another hotel as rooms were full.
have informed to oyo customer service but they told that after checkout date only my money will be refunded and before checkout they cannot cancel my booking. but when i checked my oyo app there my check-in was done by hotel manager. i reported about this fake check in on my name to oyo and oyo has investigated this matted and told me that i will get my refund and strict action will be taken on hotel manager.
But it has been ** days and i have not got any refund and upon calling on oyo i am not getting any response and also one oyo representative has called me and said that they do not want to talk to you type of people
