I booked an Ola ride on *th
November **** from New Delhi to Meerut(UP).
Instead of the original fare I was charged
Rs *** more for the ride. On the same day I called Ola
customer care support and registered my complaint.
Ola customer support looked into the matter on their behalf and asked me to submit my bank account details and relevant documents for processing refund. Finally On *th December **** I received an email from Ola support that a refund of Rs *** will be processed in *-** working days. But it was not processed.
Again I contacted Ola support and they made me
wait for another *-** working days. After
that I have called them multiple times and requested
to process my refund. On each occasion they raised
a new complaint number and asked me to wait for ** hrs for response. It has been ** days since I was
assured of getting my refund but no result yet.
I am frustrated and after so many failed
attempts, raising my complaint through this
platform. Hope I get some quick response here.
