Ola Cab - Ola driver did not follow the map and took a longer route that exceeded my bill

I sat in the booked prime suv to go to railway station to catch my train, immediately after sitting I told the driver the otp. I recognized the driver was continuously chewing tobacco and it's smell caused me a headache. At the signals he opened the door to spit the tobacco from his mouth multiple times. He was not at all attentive and he missed a path and again went back to same route and thus took thirty minutes extra.. I told him as to why is he not following the map that is on ola app on which he told me that he knows a shorter route. I told him the route which I always prefer to reach the station but he said he knows a shorter route. He forgot the shorter route and was continuously mindless of the paths. He then took a longer route with multiple traffic signals, crowds and narrow lanes. I got so late to the station that had to rush. When he ended the trip it showed **** rs i was totally taken aback as the amount showed at the time of booking was *** rs... Because of his foolishness and unawareness of the roads he wasted my time and my money. I will never recommend such ola drivers to work with ola and harass the customer like me. He was addicted to tobacco and while arguing with him that smell was all over the place and spit was fluttering from his mouth. Such a illmannered driver charged me double the amount because of his unawareness.
