Booked an OYO house on the **th of June **** via the OYO mobile app. The partial amount was deducted but the booking was not confirmed (email screenshot has been attached). Called up OYO immediately and was informed that there was a glitch in the application and the money will be refunded within *-** days. Also used the OYO assist feature in their app after being told to do so by their support representative on call. I have the email that followed up the call as well. Cut to many days later still no refund. Called them multiple times but as always they put me on hold and never come back. Three escalations were raised (have all the emails). Persisted to call their support and still no refund. Last time I called one of their support representatives claimed that the refund was processed on the **th of July. Waited for another ** days and still no refund. Called them again yesterday and same behaviour. Put me on hold and no response. Not even a return call.
I am beyond annoyed and frustrated at this point. It will soon be * months without a refund. OYO should literally be put in their place here. Possibly the worst support and don't even get me started on their platform (both the website and the mobile app). Looking for Voxya to help.
