Madhur Butke filed complaint against Travolook on Jun 27, 2021
I booked a flight ticket on * June, ** minutes after booking the ticket I got a phone call saying that they won't be able to process my ticket and would raise a refund. It been more than ** days now that have not refunded my amount. They are saying that the transaction failed and now they again initiated it, but when asked about the proof for transaction processing they don't have any answer. They are doing this malpractice to every user, I have attached the relevant screenshot of the same.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
