I booked a flight from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad on Travolook .in on **th Feb **** for **st Feb ****.
The money got deducted but i got a call from them stating that "Your ticket has been cancelled due to fare difference and your refund will be processed in **-** days ".
But its been more than ** days now and i have still not received my refund. I have mailed them several times and everytime they say that you will get refund in **-** days.
Also, i tried to reach customer care, but they said there is some technical issue so please write mail only
