My ticket was directly cancelled by the flight carrier Air India and makemytrip asked for an NOC from airindia office, post which they were supposed to provide the refund (*st march). Due to covid-**, all the customer care phone numbers and emails are shut and only web and app are active. But since my ticket was cancelled by the flight carrier, MMT app doesn't show the booking in "manage my booking" section
