Makemy Trip - Make my trip not refunding my money

I booked train ticket for * adults. Due to waiting I cancelled ticket and I also paid cancellation amount. Now make my trip not refunding my amount. Irtc is saying we transfer your money to make my trip. Kindly contact and make my trip is not responding kindly help.
