Through Yatra.com I had scheduled an indigo flight PNR WQKNSH. which was cancelled due to revise in timings. Indigo airlines then initiated a complete refund. But yatra didnot update it in their site and asked me to cancel it through their site to avail refund of the same. After doing so, Yatra didn't agree to provide me the refund. In such pandemic crisis, loss of money is very crucial for few. Yatra customer services is not working. Yatra doesn't even revert to mails. I have even tweeted them but no response from yatra. I need an immediate refund before I Love the issue to the consumer court India.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
