Ordered Saree in Club Factory. And then return the item, but in the website it shows return cancelled by third party. But the return item has been picked up on October * Itself and the item reached the Club Factory ware house by Oct ** itslef, but still in the website the status of the order shows as return cancelled. I contacted many timed through Chat, Mail, call to the Customer service team , but no use at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
