I have still not received the refund for my failed payment.The payment was successful from my end but the site failed to update the status because of some issue.The amount is in Merchant bank account and it's been confirmed by my bank too. Its been over ** days now. I've already sent every detail and I've still not got any response. Everytime I call the customer support they ask me to wait for another ** hours for a call and to sort it out. I've arleady sent them my bank sttatements and I've also sent them a confirmation from my bank twice saying that the funds have been approved from your bank and the transaction was successful. They dont even tell me a way to escalate my issue. Everytime I call, they ask me to wait another **hr for the team to call and they never call me also.
Everytime they give me a new incident number and ask me to wait. Please help me out here. Its been over ** days now, I'm gonu have to check more options if I dont get a response even now. I'm tired of calling the customer support, please help me.
