I raised the refund request on **nd September ****. This amount is due on yatra.com for the long time since the credit shell value for the same was already credited by indigo into the yatra agency.
They are again saying the it will take *-* weeks more to get it credited in my account. I don't understand why they are taking so much time to get it refunded. Could you please help me on this.
