On Oct *, ****, I placed an order with Amazon for "LG Qhd *K - **Qn***, **** X **** Pixels ** Inch (**.** Cm) IPS Display * Side Borderless - HDR **, Srgb **%, AMD Free Sync - Dual Hdmi, Display Port (Black) | B**CF*GK** ( B**CF*GK** ) HSN:********". However, when the package arrived, I was surprised to find an entirely different product inside. Naturally, I promptly initiated a return request to rectify the situation. I was asked for three days to investigate the matter post and then Amazon's customer service will schedule the pick up.
After three days Amazon's customer service team arranged for a pickup of the item that I had received, which was conducted on Oct **, ****. However, to my dismay, the issue has taken an unexpected turn. I've been informed that I sent the wrong item or empty box back, despite receiving an incorrect product initially. Now they are refusing to refund me the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
