I had cancelled a ticket for one passenge by directly contacting airline. Though the airline had accepted the request and initiated for refund but make my trip app doesn't not allow me to cancel ticket for just one passenger out of two from a same ticket. Refund request is been cancelled by makemytrip instead of approving it.
