I have booked a ticket from travolook on **th December, ****. At the time of booking I got a mail of booking in process and after few hours it got automatically cancelled.
After that I called to them for refund but they said that the money will get refunded within a week as per their company policy.
So I waited for almost two weeks but didn't get any response.
Whenever I call them they put my call on hold or they will answer almost after **-** minutes after call waiting.And whenever I'll ask for refund they say that it will get refunded within ** hrs. But till now it is more than a month now they never refunded the money back. They are definitely scamming the public with their cheap offers.Because when I searched for the travolook in internet I found many peoples were facing the same problem with this company.
