I am a regular user of Ola on ** Jan **** I bought Share Ride Pass. The transaction is reflected in my bank account but the app is not showing any ride pass in my account . On contacting customer support they said money will be refunded in * days. After * days still it wasn't refunded. Ola asked me snapshot of my transaction with them. Which I send to them, Now they are asking for my bank transaction for all days to check if I am saying the truth. Why don't they check their account if money is refunded or not? Why do I need to tell them what all transactions I did from my bank? Its my financial details which I don't want to divulge.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
