Ola Cabs - Ola Account Hacked

On *th of July somebody hacked my Ola account and change my Emails Id without my concern and books a cab which fare was **** and same by paid by Ola postpaid money , after three days i have realized that somebody hacked my account when i try to book cab, due to change my email id i am not able to login my Ola account and and bill have been generated with penalty . from onward i realized i have contact to Ola support and massed to twitter also , but they can't provide any resolution or banned my account , still not getting any satisfactory replied even still unable to login my account so i can pay this postpaid amount otherwise it will impact my cibil score. about of customer service there is no contact number to connect to Ola customer support . Despite it all thing i am trying to paid my ola payment but until i cannot get access , how can i paid .
