I booked a flight ticket via goibibo on march, but airline got cancelled because of pandemic lock down. I requested for refund but they only credit refund to credit shell in which i can only re book in the same airline using same credentials. I tried to connect their customer service for number of times and ended up giving up. Status shows my credit shell is enabled but there is no balance in credit shell. Also credit shell will expire on jan ****. I am working from home and i dont need to travel anywhere at least for coming * months and eventhough they credited money to credit shell after this complaint is of no use for me. I need my money back to bank account at any cost.
