I booked a zoomcar for **th april ****, unfortunately because of lockdown I had to cancel it, which I did well in advance. I had done the booking under zero cancellation charges.
Now I had been calling them since * months. First they said they have initiated the refund for atleast *-* times in the month of April and May. Then they stopped picking up calls. Then they stopped replying to mails.
I tried contacting them via social sites, Instagram. These buggers are just saying since * months they need more time.
They are just making people stupid for no reason and keeping the money with them and getting interest from it.
I want my money back.
