I have ordered Royal Canin **kg maxi puppy dog food on ** July ****. I have made payment through sbi credit cards for Rs.****. ORDER NUMBER #****. But even after * days they have not despatched the order. when calling their customer care number given in their website ********** is not in use. They will respond to the whatapp messages after * or * days. they will not pick up the whatsapp call also. To the worst, they will never respond to the email info@thepetcare.in. After few days they started threatening that they further delay the order if I call or message in whatsapp. So i asked them to cancel the order. subsequently they sent the email stating that the order has been cancelled on ** August **** and refunded. but they have not refunded it till today ** September ****. They are not at all sending the refund reference number also. not responding to whatsapp and email messages asking for refund. it is run by fraudster. Looting lakhs of money from the innocent customers just by opening a website. Don’t ever order for pet foods from their website. Your money will be siphoned off.
