Hirak Jyoti Deka filed complaint against Yatra on May 25, 2020
I had booked a ticket for travel from BLR to GAU on *th June,****. However airline cancelled the flight and had provided credit shell for an amount of Rs. ****. I have been following up with Yatra to get back the other amount which amount to - Rs. ****(****- cancellation protection + *** - Insurance). Yatra is giving same drafted reply in mail that the money will be given by Airline as credit shell. I have been mailing the same and there is not respone from their end. Even there is no Customer care number to call them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
