- Refund not initited even after 20 days Open
Our Grievance on National Consumer Helpline
We have requested for new Airtel broadband connection (landline ***********) on **th May for fiber plan of *** / with claimed *** Mbps speed. The sales representative told the speed would be around ** Mbps in our area, bellandur, Bangalore. We have gone ahead and paid for * months.
The actual plan that is shown in airtel app is of regular ** Mbps which looks like copper connection and Speed lesser than ** mbps. After multiple follow-up Airtel is claiming that there is no feasibility of *** mbps plan in our area but was using Airtel connection on *** mbps in the same area till one month back.
After having multiple follow up, we have requested for disconnection on *th June and asked for the full refund of Rs **** (Rs **** for * month advance rental + Rs *** convenience fee) as we have not been provided requested plan. After few days, we have received a mail from Airtel that they can’t provide full refund. Refund has not been initiated till now and now they have stopped to respond to our mails,
We request you to lodge a case against Airtel and help us to get the full refund. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
