- Refund not initiating giving excuses Open
Booked a flight ticket for my brother Gulab chand for travelling on ** December from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad, the date of booking was ** November and the site was Travolook.in.
Amount debited from my mobikwik account Rs****, but got a mail as booking got failed n refund will be intiated.
Called seven times till now to the customer care regarding refund n always there is an excuse.
Earlier gave an excuse that **-** working days for the refund getting intiated from airlines n now stating as refund got rejected so have to wait *-* working days which r also already over. After all the long time period now giving an excuse of complaining to higher team for which have to wait *-* working days but not giving an exact or confirm date of maximum time period.
