One assist - Refund not initiated

I opted for One Assist Membership last year(****-July) for an year. The plan got auto-renewed this year on **th July,**** without any prior intimation. I contacted their customer support regarding cancelling my membership and for refund. I got told by their customer service to wait for *-** days first for the refund to get processed. After ** days, I contacted them regarding my refund and they again asked me to wait **-** hrs. This has been for more than *-* times now and I still haven't got any refund and it's almost * months now. In the app it shows like I don't have any active membership and my plan is cancelled but still haven't got any refund. Also when I saw other people's reviews on play store, I found out that they deduct money from bank account for auto-renewal next year also even after cancellation of membership this year. I want to get my refund for this year and don't want this auto renewal to happen further.
