One assist - Rejection in refund

I wrongly registered my first refund claim after that they rejected my claim and they send reason for rejuctiont the time of damage and time of claim registration was more than ** hours .And I registered my new claim on that claim there is no option for changing date of damage so that claim also rejected
After that on my message the send new claim and I registered properly and they rejected that claim for no reason and I send a message for new refund claim registration and after that it also been rejected
total proper registration is * times
Claim registration Waiting time ** to ** hours
And today they said the insurance company
Will look only the first registration
Then why they send me new new claim
