I had ordered a jacket from woodland on *st July ****, order id *******, I have not recieved by order till date, it has been ** days, I asked the customer service to refund it as the order has not been delivered but they are not initiating the process, they do not respond to my mails, all they say that they are looking into the matter. They will initiate the refund but till date no refund has been initiated
